Good news came yesterday for the Spears family especially Jamie and Lynne Spears Britney’s parents; a judge ordered Adnan Ghalib Britney’s Ex-Boyfriend to stay completely away from Britney Spears for the upcoming three years.

Do you think the he’s really going to stay away this time?? he really seemed obssessed with the star and he wasn’t ready and still not ready to let go, well at least the cops will be waiting for him if he did any stupid stunt.

Reports say that Britney Spears received death threats through her mail and phone. it seems that a crazy stalker is threatening Britney to kill her and she might cancel her Circus Tour because she’s afraid that something might happen to her kids and that would be her worst dream coming true. A source said: “Britney is under so much strain, what with relentless performing, the bad reviews and the worry over her boys. It all got too much and she screamed at her team, ‘I can’t do this any more, why are you all torturing me?’ She ran out of the room crying.”

I don’t know if these reports are true or not, we’ll keep you updated for sure..

We all saw Britney Spears’ comeback, she’s doing her best to make things work out again, her business , her family, her friends, everything is going just fine, well not everything, Sam Lutfi Britney’s former Manager is seuing her family, and Britney’s family extended the restraining order against Sam and Britney’s Ex-B.F Adnan Ghalib.

But it seems that this thing is not going to end up as quickly as we expected, it’s taking a long time and no one is giving up, especially Britney’s Lawyer, well they don’t get paid big bucks for nothing. Britney’s Lawyer is accusing Sam Lutfi of putting documents that are not backed up with facts in his case, the lawyer described the documents as irrelevant , and improper, and he’s asking the judge to toss the false allegations from the suit.

These are some of the allegations that the Lawyer wants the Judge to ignore and toss from the suit.

1- “Britney Jean Spears (“Britney”) is one of the most recognizable and highest paid celebrities in

the world. Ever since she burst onto the scene as a pop superstar, ever aspect of her life and , more importantly, her fortune, has been controlled by her parents, James Parnell Spears (a/k/a Jamie Spears) and Lynne Irene Spears. However in late 2006 and early 2007, when Britney’s life was, very publicly, spiraling out of control, Jamie and Lynne failed to offer their fragile daughter the guidance or emotional support she desperately needed. Rather, they saw her very personal and public struggles as an opportunity to gain even more control over Britney and her fortune.”

2- Neither Jamie nor Lynne offered Britney any support as she suffered the embarrassment and humiliation of public ridicule. Rather, they saw the rumors and tabloid reports as a means by which they could force their way back into Britney’s life and regain control of her fortune under the guise of concern for Britney’s well being.

3- Although Lutfi encouraged Britney to reconcile with her parents, Lutfi represented a significant impediment to Lynne and Jamie’s regaining complete control of Britney’s life and career.

4-In order to ensure that they would not lose the lifestyle to which they had become accustomed, Jamie and Lynne set out to destroy anyone and anything that came between them and Britney; first by pressuring and cajoling Britney into annulling her marriage to long time friend, Jason Alexander; and later by interfering with Britney’s marriage to Kevin Federline.

i can’t disagree fully with Sam’s Lawyer, some of these things are facts, well leaving your daughter struggeling while writing a book about it isn’t what i call what a mother should do.. but hey what do i know.. I’m just a blogger…

Britney Spears postponed the show that was supposed to be held in Mohegan Sun on March 26th , till May 2nd and May 3rd. well you can’t blame the lady, the equipments they carry around are not exactly in the size of a suitcase : ) , so to the people that already bought the ticket keep them, you’ll be able to watch the show on May 3rd , but if you can’t wait for any reason Refunds are also available.

Britney Spears is really doing her best in her concerts, she’s getting her reputation back as the Princess of Pop day after day when she takes the stage and dazzles the audience with her outstanding performance. The Circus tour might be one of the best tours she’s ever done in her career, she’s focused, motivated, and has a message to deliver to everyone , that she’s back and she’s here to stay.. That’s what she said on her Twitter… It seems that Britney Spears and her team of dancers have their own ways to have fun away from all the stress from the non-stop Circus tour.. after the show they Britney and a dozen of her dancers took some time off and went Bowling in New Jersey.. well they all earned it, without them the show cant go on you know, soo keep the dancers happy and keep the strikes comin’… Britney Mentioned the bowling game with her dancers friends on her twitter.. she said : “Went bowling with my dancers last night. We had the best time. PS- I got a strike!”

That’s really nice of her, Fergie was one of the thousands of fans that went to see Britney Spears in concert in New Jersey.. Maybe she’s there to learn a few things for her next tour :p J.K ..
