It didn’t take much time for Britney to return to the hospital , on January 31st 2008 she was sent forcibly and was hospitalized at the UCLA medical center. Lots of rumors followed Sam at the time when her parents went to court accusing Lutfi of drugging their daughter. Spears was released from the hospital shortly after she was admitted she was released on February 6th 2008, when she was spotted by paparazzi driving around Hollywood L.A after her father Jamie took temporary control over all her medical and financial affairs. Later in the same month her ex-husband agreed to give Spears Supervised Visiting dates for her children.

After she was released from the hospital, she wasn’t really giving the court a good impression, she missed a lot of custody hearings which made her case even harder to fix, at the same time Spears was spotted a lot with her new Boyfriend Adnan Ghalib and her manager Sam Lutfi.

January 3rd 2008, the day that the world witnessed Britney Spears removed from her home and taken to a hospital looking as bad as the situation she put herself into. That day Spears locked herself in the bathroom with her son Jayden James and she refused to give him back to her ex-husband, not only she lost custody, but with a move like that a court order stripped Britney the next day of her visitation rights.
