Randy Jones, Silas Dukes, and Lonnie Jones, these are Britney Spears old Body Guards , and now they are suing her for not paying them for overtime, and for not giving them the final paycheck after they were terminated.
They claim that they worked more than 12 hours a day, and they were on call 24hrs a day and they didn’t get paid a dollar above their basic salary.
They are asking now for compensation for unpaid wages and benifits as well as penalties.
