Britney’s lawyers went on the 1st of February 2009 to LA Superior Court to work on the restraining orders that they filed against Britney’s former manager Sam Lutfi , and her ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib.
But that didn’t keep Lutfi away, he strikes back a few days later with a lawsuit against Britney with accusations about breaching the contract they had, and he’s asking also for damages from her family and specially her mother for what was said about him in her book “Through the Storm”.
